CAN-SPAM and email policy

You are on our list because you typed your address into a subscribe form on this site and passed the human check. We never buy, rent, scrape or swap email lists.

Every email comes from a Dater.com address, the From name says Dater.com, and the subject line describes what is actually inside. We do not use deceptive subject lines to improve open rates.

Every email contains a visible one-click unsubscribe link that works without logging in. We process unsubscribes immediately and always within 10 business days, and we do not email you again afterwards except for account or security messages you cannot opt out of.

You can also email newsletter@dater.com and we will remove you by hand.

If an email ever contains an advertisement, it will be labelled as such in the email itself. Our reviews and rankings are never for sale.

Each newsletter includes a valid physical postal address for the Dater.com team, as CAN-SPAM requires.

Transactional messages — confirming your address, resetting your password, security notices — are not marketing and are sent regardless of your newsletter preference.
