The Dater.com community team is the data controller for the data described in our Privacy Policy. Write to privacy@dater.com for any data matter.

Access: ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.

Rectification: ask us to correct anything inaccurate — most of it you can edit yourself in your profile.

Erasure: ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it.

Portability: ask for your data in a machine-readable file.

Restriction and objection: ask us to pause or stop a particular use of your data.

Withdraw consent: unsubscribe from the newsletter or reject optional cookies at any time, without affecting anything you did before.

Email privacy@dater.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you. If we need to verify your identity we will ask for the minimum needed.

Consent for marketing emails and optional cookies. Performance of a contract for your account and profile. Legitimate interest for security, abuse prevention and aggregated analytics.

Our hosting and email providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

You can complain to your national data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
